Instructions for Scheduling

1. Schedule online at www.av-massage.com. Choose "Events" under "Select A Service" for the type of appointment to schedule. The available dates and times will be presented to you. It is important to schedule well in advance for your convenience.

* Note scheduling is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. If there is a scheduling conflict we will contact you primarily via email or by phone. You do not need to bring in a print out of your appointment (only the voucher coupon is needed).
* Do NOT wait until the last week before the Town Wild deal expires before booking an appointment. We are not responsible for a full schedule that does not allow you to get in before the expiration date. The voucher expires in 3 months from date of purchase. 
* Evening and weekend appointment slots fill up first.  Please book in advance if that is what you need.

2. Arrive at Awaken Vitality Massage & Wellness Studio 5-15 minutes before your appointment to fill out paperwork.

* We require 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Without 24 hours prior notice, your TownWild voucher will be forfieted.

3. Bring your printout of your voucher or have it viewable via mobile phone

* In case of printer errors, put your voucher number in the “Special Requests” field as you schedule online.
* If you do not know which number is the voucher number, we will accept digital photos of your certificate (photos can be taken of the computer screen with the voucher numbers readable).
* Expired vouchers will be honored for the amount that was paid for on the voucher towards a full priced service of one hour or more. For example: if you paid $45 for the voucher, after it is expired it can be used as a coupon worth $45 off an hour, 75 minute or 90 minute service.

4. Vouchers are an awesome deal for a very low price so there are limitations.

* Must use ALL of the value of the voucher in one visit.  NO SPLITTING.
* Vouchers do not cover gratuity.
* Vouchers can be upgraded for a nominal fee to add reflexology, hot stone or more time.
* Vouchers are not eligible for cash back.

Q. I didn't get to buy the TownWild Deal. Can I still get the deal?
A. No.

Q. Can I make my appointment by email or phone?
A. No. You will need to schedule your appointment online at www.av-massage.com.

Q. I don't see the time I would like online. Can I call by phone to make my appointment?
A. No. You will need to schedule your appointment online at www.av-massage.com.

Q. I bought multiple TownWild Deals. Can my friend/boyfriend/husband/wife and I get a couples massage?
A. Yes. With an additional payment of $15, we are able to accommodate couples massage side by side in the same room.

Q. What did I buy with this TownWild Deal?
A. The current TownWild Deal special is valid for a 75 minute session of swedish massage with your choice of aromatherapy.

Q. The TownWild Deal says it's for an Aromatherapy Massage; are other types of massage available?
A. Yes, the TownWild Deal is also valid for other styles of massage. Additional services available at a discounted upgrade price -
Couples Massage - $10 upgrade;
Deep Tissue/Orthopedic Massage - $10 upgrade;
90 Minute Massage - $10 upgrade;
Hot Stone - $15 upgrade;
Reflexology - $15 upgrade;

Q. I scheduled my massage I purchased with TownWild Deal, but I didn't call to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I didn't show up for my appointment. Can I still get my Massage session using my TownWild Deal?
A. No. The appointment time scheduled is reserved exclusively for you and does not allow another client to book an appointment without the required 24 hour notice. To avoid forfeiting your voucher, make changes to your appointment or cancel when you receive your reminder email 24 hours prior to your appointment from a link contained in that email.

Q. Is Outcall Massage offered on the TownWild Deal?
A. No.

Q. If I don't have time to come in for my Massage can I give the TownWild Deal to someone else even though it has my name on it?
A. Yes, you can. That person will schedule online and they must bring in that TownWild Deal- in hand at the time of their massage.

Q. Can I use the 75 minute TownWild Deal in increments for two or more massage sessions?
A. No, the TownWild Deal may NOT be divided into multiple sessions. Time not used is forfeited.

Q. I've purchased more than one TownWild Deal so I can give some as gifts, can we all be seen at the same time?
A. If the schedule permits.

Q. Can I give my therapist a tip?
A. While tips are not expected they are a nice way for you to express your gratitude for excellent service despite deeply discounted pricing.

Q. What upgrades are available for this TownWild Deal deal?
A. You may upgrade the 75 minute massage to 90 minutes, add 15 minutes of reflexology or add Hot Stone Massage treatment by paying a special discounted price of only $15 for the upgraded service. Schedule your session with the upgrade of your choice under the "Events" section of the online schedule system. The payment for the upgrade is made when you come in for your appointment.

Q. When may I use my TownWild Deal?
A. The vouchers are valid Monday thru Friday from 9am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. If you currently have an appointment with your TownWild Deal and need to cancel and reschedule you will be rescheduled to the next available appointment or to a date after that that suits your needs. Evenings and Weekends are very popular so requesting those days or times will be scheduled further out due to the high demand.

Q. I can't come in on the days Awaken Vitality Massage & Wellness Studio is open.  Can I book for a time slot other than what is listed on office hours.
A. No.  Awaken Vitality Massage & Wellness Studio offers many late-hour appointment slots with some available on Saturday.

Q. I've decided I really don't have time for a massage, will you buy back the TownWild Deal?
A. No. The TownWild Deal is valid only for massage services and has no cash value.

Q. I missed the TownWild Deal, can I purchase the same deal from you directly?
A. No, the TownWild Deal deal can only be purchased through the TownWild Deal.

Q. I bought a TownWild Deal and it expired.  Will you still do the massage treatment?
A. You can apply the $45 you paid towards an hour or longer massage and just pay the difference.

Q. I purchased a single TownWild Deal, but now realize I should have purchased more, will you sell more sessions at the TownWild Deal rate?
A. No. Additional sessions can be bought for our regular prices or our generous package deals in office or on our website.
